- Step Deck Services

All services are subject to availability, load compatibility, and compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

 

2.Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete load details (dimensions, weight, pickup/drop-off locations)

- Ensure freight is legal, secured, and ready for pickup

- Pay all agreed rates, fuel surcharges, or accessorial charges in a timely manner

- Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations

 

3. Quoting & Billing

- Quotes are based on the details provided at the time of booking

- Any changes (weight, route, timing) may result in updated charges

- Invoices are payable according to agreed payment terms

4.  Delays & Liability 

- We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, road closures, or government regulations

- We are not responsible for damages due to improper packaging, loading/unloading by third parties

- Claims must be submitted in writing within 24–48 hours of delivery

 

5.  Cancellations 

- Cancellations must be made in writing

- Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a load for safety, legal, or compliance reasons

 

6.  SMS & Email Communication

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive operational updates, dispatch messages, and service-related communications.

 

- We do not share or sell your contact info* for marketing purposes

- Message and data rates may apply

- To opt out of SMS, reply “STOP” at any time
